Cluck N Cleaver is owned and operated by sisters Nicole and Francine Gomes.

Combining the impressive skills of Chef Nicole, one of Canada’s top culinary competitors and food personalities – winner of Top Chef Canada: All Stars, Beat Bobby Flay, second place on Iron Chef Gaunlet, & judge on Food Network Canada’s Fire Masters – and 20 plus years in the kitchen; and Francine’s love of raising chickens, Cluck N Cleaver was born. Nicole & Francine’s commitment to delicious food, quality ingredients, and community serves up YYC’s best halal fried and rotisserie chicken!
